Onsite Printer Repair Cost
We have a very affordable price depending on your printer type and bill a fixed charge for Printers, MFC's, Copiers, and plotters.

Note that we only offer unlimited labor on the first visit, which means that in the case of our engineer returning on a second visit (to fit parts that we don’t carry, for example). An extra fixed labor charge will be billed on you accordingly.
Main IT Services field service engineers are well trained and certified to repair printer faults on-site at your premises. In case of parts needed, a quote will be sent out to you for approval before being ordered and replaced on your printer.
We also have annual maintenance contracts, which are also available on request; please contact us for more information.
NO FIX NO FEE
We do operate a "No fix - No fee" policy. But this does not apply if parts are no longer available from the manufacturer, and it does not apply to repairs terminated by the customer, for example, because the estimated cost of the repair is too expensive.
Annual Support Contracts
