Most new parts will be guaranteed by Main IT Services, for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a part must be repaired or replaced during the 30-day guarantee period, Main IT Services, shall either replace or restore the part, at its sole discretion. If we have to replace the item with an identical or equivalent item on the stock in the period of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that such an item is available. If the item is not available, or more than 7 days from the date of your purchase, we are going to deliver the defective part for repair or replacement to either our supplier or the manufacturer.
It can take anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks for part replacements, depending on the supplier/manufacturer of an item. When an item is replaced under warranty, the repaired/replaced item will have whatever warranty was left over on the item from the original purchase date only.
Main IT Services hardware repairs like screens, jacks, motherboards, etc. come with a standard warranty of 14 days unless otherwise specified. This guarantee covers replacement parts and works during the guarantee period.
Software repairs like infection removals and the 7-day warranty for Windows installations are provided. On virus removals / Windows installations, there is a grace period of 14 days for purchasing extended warranties. Main IT Services provides an optional virus warranty! Main IT Services offers a 30-day parts warranty for all new custom Main IT Services manufactured computer systems (see "30-day parts warranty on new parts," paragraph above), and a lifetime labor warranty (see lifetime work guarantee below).
This warranty applies only new, customized computer systems of Main IT Services. If a component must at any time be replaced or repaired, Main IT Services. Software data corruption can occur due to power surges, incorrect machine shutdown, software bugs, viruses, malware, or even while installing new software. Furthermore, these problems are not the outcome of a software error that could be fixed by removing any of the system's hardware components.
Many programs, including those of large enterprises such as Microsoft, have bugs. Since we have no access to the source code of the software, we cannot correct software bugs. Such types of problems can be resolved only in future updates, where the supplier fixes the bugs.

Items purchased from Main IT Services and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt are eligible for refund or exchange unless the warranty noted on your receipt is less than 7 days.
Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. If the item is opened and/or used in any way or if you wrote on the box/manual or elsewhere, or if anything is missing, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee or more depending on the situation since we will not be able to resell the item as brand new. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Custom-built Main IT Services branded computer systems can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns or exchanges of custom computer systems will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all labor charges will not be refunded at all. If any items are incomplete, damaged, altered or missing then those items will also not be refunded at all. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of purchase. All of the original manuals, CDs, licenses, and packaging must be included.
Name-brand computer systems can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
All returns or exchanges of brand-name computer systems will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All of the original manuals, CDs, licenses, and packaging must be included and complete. If any items are incomplete, damaged, altered, or missing then the restocking fee will be increased to cover those items. If any labor was charged in relation to the name-brand computer system this labor will not be refunded. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of purchase.
In accordance with copyright, regulations opened software may not be returned. Defective software may be exchanged for the exact same item only if defective. If we are out of stock, we will special order a replacement for you.
