Most new parts will be guaranteed by Main IT Services for 30 days from the date of purchase. During the 30-day guarantee period, Main IT Services reserves the right to either replace or restore the part. Should we need to swap out the item for an identical or comparable one from our inventory within 7 days of the purchase date, we will only do so if it's readily available. If the item is unavailable or more than 7 days after purchase, we will deliver the defective part to our supplier or manufacturer for repair or replacement.
It can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks for part replacements, depending on the supplier/manufacturer of an item. When a warranty replaces an item, it retains the remaining warranty from the original purchase date only.
Main IT Services hardware repairs like screens, jacks, motherboards, etc. come with a standard warranty of 14 days unless otherwise specified. This guarantee covers replacement parts and works during the guarantee period.
We provide software repairs such as infection removals and a 7-day warranty for Windows installations. On virus removals and Windows installations, there is a grace period of 14 days for purchasing extended warranties. Main IT Services provides an optional virus warranty! Main IT Services offers a 30-day parts warranty for all new custom Main IT Services manufactured computer systems (see "30-day parts warranty on new parts," paragraph above) and a lifetime labor warranty (see lifetime work guarantee below).
This warranty applies only to new, customized computer systems of Main IT Services. If Main IT Services needs to replace or repair a component, they will do so at their sole discretion and will not charge you for their work. Has the system already installed the component? This job guarantee only includes items bought and built by Main IT Services. If Main IT Services markets a personalized computer system on a new custom system, the warranty covers all items installed during the system's original creation or those you purchased from Main IT Services, provided you also paid a work charge to install Main IT Services in the system. This warranty does not cover the labor of items added to the system by anyone other than Main IT Services. However, this job assurance excludes products that are not part of a custom computer that Main IT Services has built. The lifetime warranty does not include external items. Monitors, printers, scanners, and other external components are among the excluded external items.
Contract a virus on your computer if you use the Internet or if you use CDs or flash drives, external drives, or even older disquettes. Removing the hard drive and reinstalling all Windows software is the only way to reverse damage, even after removing the virus. That is why we cannot cover these types of warranty problems. Software data corruption can occur due to power surges, incorrect machine shutdowns, software bugs, viruses, malware, or even while installing new software. Furthermore, removing any of the system's hardware components cannot fix these problems, as they are not the result of a software error.
Many programs, including those of large enterprises such as Microsoft, have bugs. Since we have no access to the source code of the software, we cannot correct software bugs. Only future updates, where the supplier fixes the bugs, can resolve such types of problems.
Most people do not know that flood guards have a limited lifespan. Your surge protection will at some point stop protecting your equipment against power surges and become an ordinary power strip. It's difficult to tell when a boom protection device loses those safeguards and only works as a power strip. However, it's probably a long time since you used an old surge protector you bought 10 years ago.
Many surge protectors have a "security" light to let you know they work. Some simply have a power light that begins to blink when the surge protection features fail. There is still no sign from other surge protectors.
Additionally, a prominently printed insurance policy comes with new surge protectors, safeguarding your equipment from power surge damage. Make sure that your surge protector has this protection and save documents that the surge protector has issued so that you can file a claim if necessary.

Items purchased from Main IT Services and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt are eligible for refund or exchange unless the warranty noted on your receipt is less than 7 days.
Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. If the item is opened and/or used in any way or if you wrote on the box/manual or elsewhere, or if anything is missing, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee or more depending on the situation since we will not be able to resell the item as brand new. We do not accept refunds or exchanges beyond 7 days from the date of purchase.

All returns or exchanges of custom computer systems will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and all labor charges will not be refunded at all. We will not refund any items that are incomplete, damaged, altered, or missing. We do not allow refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date of purchase. You must include all the original manuals, CDs, licenses, and packaging.
Within 7 days of the purchase date, you can return name-brand computer systems for a refund or exchange.
We will charge a 15% restocking fee for all brand-name computer system returns or exchanges. You must include and complete all the original manuals, CDs, licenses, and packaging. The restocking fee will increase to cover any incomplete, damaged, altered, or missing items. We will not refund any labor charges related to the name-brand computer system. We do not allow refunds or exchanges after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Copyright regulations prohibit the return of opened software. Only if the software is defective, can we exchange it for an identical item. If we are out of stock, we will special order a replacement for you.
